About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from Lundapur. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here affects rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be signed away.
What we sell
Everything on this site is genuine, pre-owned branded clothing, footwear or accessories. Because each piece is secondhand, almost everything we list is one of a kind: once it sells, there is not another one. Every item is hand-checked before it is listed. Jackets, outerwear and other heavy pieces, footwear and accessories are sanitised; shirts and other light fabrics are washed and pressed so they arrive fresh. We do not dry clean or repair anything — any wear, mark or existing repair we find is described on the product page. Whatever we have done to a piece, please wash it yourself before you wear it, following the instructions on its care label. Some honest signs of previous wear are normal in thrift and are not a fault. Colours can also look slightly different from one screen to another.
If a piece turns out to be materially different from how we described it, tell us and we will make it right.
Brands and trademarks
Lundapur is an independent second-hand retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to any of the brands whose pre-owned items we resell, and we are not an authorised dealer or stockist of any of them.
All trademarks, brand names and logos named on this site belong to their respective owners. We name a brand only to identify honestly what a second-hand item is, and we keep that use to the minimum needed. We do not use brand logos, typefaces or marketing imagery in our own branding or advertising, every photograph on this site is our own of the actual item, and we do not relabel or alter items. If you own or represent a brand and have a concern about anything listed here, write to ahoy@lundapur.com and we will act on it promptly.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. The only payment method we currently accept is a direct bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account; the details are shown when you place your order and repeated in your order email.
Please use your order number as the payment reference, because that is how we match your transfer to your order. If anything about paying is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at 0336 3237077 before you send the transfer — it is the fastest way to reach us. Your order is held for you for three working days while we wait for payment. If nothing arrives in that time, we release the item back for sale — for one-of-a-kind stock we cannot hold pieces open indefinitely.
When your order becomes an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm your payment has cleared and we accept the order. Occasionally a piece sells through another channel at almost the same moment; if that happens after you have paid, we refund you in full and we will tell you straight away.
Delivery
We charge a flat Rs 650 for delivery anywhere in Pakistan, whatever the size of the order. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Parcels are dispatched once payment has cleared, and typically arrive within three to five working days depending on your city. We will pass on the tracking details once the courier has collected the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
If a piece is not right, you may return or exchange it within two days of delivery. The tags must still be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition it reached you.
Return postage is paid by you. If you exchange for something cheaper, we refund the difference. To start a return, contact us within the two-day window through our contact page and we will tell you where to send it.
What we cannot take back
We cannot accept an item that has been worn, washed or altered, one whose tags have been removed, or one damaged after it reached you. We also cannot accept a return started after the two-day window has closed.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the item as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, by weather, or by anything else genuinely outside our control, though we will always help you chase a late parcel. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Using this website
The photographs and text on this site are ours; please do not copy them for another store. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it fraudulently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Karachi.
